  I really like this pub - I find it much more appealing than the other pubs along the high Street.  Their menu is typical of a chain type pub but the food is good quality and very tasty. The drinks are reasonably priced and the staff are always very welcoming and friendly. It has a good outside area with seating which is perfect for those of us who enjoy a cheeky ciggerette with our drinks!

  Ysual chain decor  blah blah, blah.  large pub with basic pub menu with no shockers on it.  The food here is always fair, well produced and good value for money.  
  On a Wednesday evening they have a quiz which is well put together and attended by regulars who I would say are  late twenties onwards.
  I tried the mojito cocktail which was not good.  They did not quibble when I returned it to the bar, refunded my money and offered me an alternative drink on the house.  
  If you don't fancy a drink they serve expresso, latte, etc coffee with a selection of cakes for only £2.99 bargain.
  This pub will not set you on fire and I wouldn't go there for a weekend night out on the razz but for a mid week meet up it's not bad. xoxo

  I'm sure what they're referring to is the 'Sutton Arms', in which case my partner and I like this pub :) It's a Greene King so is part of a wider chain but not as well known as Wetherspoons it seems. We've been twice and the food was lovely each time and very reasonable. They have a great lunch deal that my partner loves :) The service is a bit slow which is a downer. Of course there's nothing special about it as opposed to other chain pubs except it was just a nice change from 'Spoons
